I have for more than 10 years worked with learning, human development- and change processes, as well as clinical psychological treatment of children, young people and adults. 

The last four years I have concentrated on therapeutic and supportive sessions with citizens on sick leave, due to one or multiple mental health issues and re-establishment in their work, education and everyday life. 

Furthermore I’m experienced in development and conducting teaching and group courses in psychological relevant themes and coping strategies. 

Today my focus is on development and conducting new proactive and preventive interventions, in regards to mental health issues as well as the therapeutic conversation.
