Enact

In Enact we are specialists in creating sustainable change. By sustainable we mean changes that makes sense to people and continue to live on even when the bright lights are turned off and all the attention is gone. Because the sad reality is that up to 70% of all change initiatives don ́t deliver on the intended change. On the contrary it often does the exact opposite: Add more frustrations, because of over-promising and under-delivering. Our method is our key to unlock the potential in corporations and organizations for sustainable change.
We help companies and organisations build capabilities within a number of areas, ie.: DEI strategy and policies, Co-Creation processes – top-down/bottom-up, Diversity & Innovation, Equal Opportunities and Leaderships/management training.

Lab:

We combine state of the art scientific research with a deep knowledge of organizations and the culture that defines these. We are specialists in creating agency, community building, social dynamics and what constitutes a social sustainable culture. 

In our Lab we conduct long-term research projects that leads to new knowledge on solving structural problems. But even more importantly, our Lab is where we turn knowledge and research into appliable and practical tools and actions to make change. 

We believe in Open Science, knowledge sharing and interdisciplinary processes that cut across professional siloes. We therefore work with an underlining notion of open innovation where we work in collaboration with our target groups, clients, stakeholders, etc. To explore and co-create the actions and solutions that will make the changes sustainable.

Structural problems have all one thing in common. They are easy to identify, but difficult to solve. The cause of structural problems is complex, being both behavioral, systemic, and societal, and it goes back a long time in history. That’s obviously why we have such a hard time solving structural problems like creating diverse organizations and corporate sustainability, even though there ́s a mutual understanding of the importance to do so.
To solve these problems a new approach is needed that is deeply rooted in the understanding of agency, lived experience, communities, and social dynamics. An approach that is open-ended and exploratory in nature and have a strong bottom-up element incorporated. Because changes never happen, unless we can translate it into meaningful actions for people.
